研报 | 预估iPhone 18 Pro成本大增近40%，苹果或调整毛利策略以稳健出货

根据TrendForce集邦咨询最新手机产业研究，由于以存储器为首的零部件价格上涨，推升Apple（苹果）将发布的iPhone 18系列整机成本。以该系列的256GB版本BOM（物料清单）成本为例，预估年增幅度达38%左右，整机售价势必提高。为避免影响消费者购买意愿，Apple可能借由降低毛利的方式控制售价涨幅，以换取市占扩张。

分析近两代iPhone Pro系列256GB的BOM成本，存储器占比从一年前约10%，至2026年第三季已快速成长至34%左右，预计至2027年上半年将突破40%，改变了过往由AP（应用处理器）、面板主导的局面。受存储器价格高涨影响，TrendForce集邦咨询预估第三季iPhone 18 Pro 256GB的成本将较2025年同期新机高出约38%；2027年因预估存储器价格维持上行，iPhone 18 Pro 256GB的成本涨幅可能进一步扩大。

TrendForce集邦咨询表示，参照近期MacBook新品的定价策略，Apple可能会以调整毛利率的方式压低iPhone 18 Pro系列的调价幅度，借此稳定出货量。此外，Apple也可能重新思考旧机型的定价机制，不排除待新机发布后同步上调旧机售价，以缓冲存储器涨势带来的影响。

盈利表现优异的Apple尚且面临如此压力，Android（安卓）阵营所承受的毛利率考验将更为显著。若要在维持基本运营、避免陷入负毛利的前提下反映成本，其整机售价涨幅将比iPhone更加显著。其中，中低端机型市场因毛利率缓冲空间有限，面对2025年初至今累计五至七倍的存储器价格上涨，品牌只能大幅调价或限缩、停供已陷入负毛利的产品线。TrendForce集邦咨询预估，由于存储器成本维持上扬，2026年下半年至2027年全球智能手机产出规模将持续面临下修压力。
