“白海豚”停止编号！雨还要下到什么时候？

据中央气象台消息，“白海豚”今天上午在湖北省境内减弱为热带低压，目前其风力进一步减弱，已很难确定其环流中心，中央气象台8月11日17时对其停止编号。

根据工作流程，热带气旋中心最大风力减弱到8级以下，中央气象台对该台风停止编号和统一定位，但需继续监视暴雨活动。

The National Meteorological Center stopped issuing advisories on Typhoon Dolphin at 5 pm Tuesday, after the storm weakened into a tropical depression over Hubei province that morning, with its circulation center becoming increasingly difficult to identify.

Tropical cyclones are generally no longer monitored once their maximum sustained winds fall below Beaufort force 8, but meteorological authorities have been urged to continue monitoring the heavy rainfall associated with Dolphin's remnants.

台风减弱或停编

并不意味着风雨影响结束

中央气象台预计，未来三天，受“白海豚”残余环流和西风槽共同影响，浙江东部、上海、江苏西部、安徽、湖北、湖南北部、河南、山东西部、河北、山西东部、北京中南部、内蒙古中部、黑龙江西部等地有暴雨或大暴雨。

中央气象台8月12日10时继续发布暴雨橙色预警。预计8月12日14时至13日14时，河南大部、湖北北部、安徽中西部、上海、浙江东北部及山东西部、河北中南部和东部、北京东部和南部、天津等地部分地区有大到暴雨，其中，河南中部和南部、河北南部、湖北西北部、浙江东北部等地部分地区有大暴雨，河南中西部沿山地区局地有特大暴雨(250-280毫米)；上述部分地区伴有短时强降水（最大小时降雨量20～50毫米，局地可超过80毫米），局地有雷暴大风等强对流天气。

An orange alert for heavy rain remains in effect, with the National Meteorological Center issuing its latest warning at 10 am Wednesday. From 2 pm Tuesday to 2 pm Wednesday, heavy rainfall is expected across most of Henan, northern Hubei, central and western Anhui, Shanghai, northeastern Zhejiang, as well as western Shandong, central and eastern Hebei, eastern and southern Beijing, and Tianjin.

Some areas could see even more intense rainfall, with torrential rain forecast for central and southern Henan, southern Hebei, northwestern Hubei and northeastern Zhejiang. Particularly in the mountainous areas of west-central Henan, rainfall of 250 to 280 millimeters is possible. Short-duration intense rainfall of 20 to 50 millimeters per hour, locally exceeding 80 millimeters per hour, may also occur in affected areas, accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds.

东北地区中西部和南部、华北中东部和南部、黄淮中西部、江淮西部、江南中西部和东北部、华南中西部、西南地区南部等地的部分地区将有小时雨量大于20毫米的短时强降水天气，其中，北京东北部、天津北部、河北南部、河南中部、浙江北部等地的部分地区小时雨量大于50毫米，最大可达80毫米以上。

除极端降雨外，台风残余环流北上带来的复合型灾害风险同样不容忽视。在农业方面，华北南部、黄淮中部、江淮大部、江南东北部农田渍涝风险高，持续积水将影响秋收作物生长；残余环流外围混合性大风还易损毁大棚等农业设施。

Beyond the heavy rainfall, the northward movement of the typhoon's remnant circulation poses multiple risks of secondary disasters. In agriculture, farmland waterlogging is a major concern across the southern parts of North China, central Huanghuai, most of Jianghuai and northeastern Jiangnan. Prolonged water accumulation could threaten crops due to be harvested in the autumn, while strong winds around the periphery of the remnant circulation could damage agricultural facilities such as greenhouses.

气象部门提醒，各地各部门务必紧盯最新预报预警信息，重点防范山区地质灾害、中小河流洪水、城市暴雨积涝、农田渍涝等灾害，提前做好隐患排查、组织人员避险和设施防护等工作。
