8月25日下午，88岁的刘忠义在韩国大邱参加2026世界大师田径锦标赛，在M85男子跳高决赛中，他以0.91米夺得第三名。
刘忠义老先生来自山东青岛，曾两次参加小编。去年11月在日照站比赛中，他与当时91岁的吕明璞老先生两人同时站上100米跑道，一时传为佳话。
