利兹卡尔顿房间一般，但是度假海滩秒杀在市区的四季。唯一的遗憾是十多间餐厅，没有一间中东菜。但是要加倍表扬一下里面的雪茄Burlington Club，服务超棒，还有直到半夜的live music。
去了四季的Byblos黎巴嫩菜，好吃，海边的城市夜景也美（想起湄公河畔的文华意大利餐厅）
海湾航空Gulf Air意外非常好坐（2A独享Apex Suite的大空间，隐私，还有四个窗户），好吃（巴林做法的牛肉饭封神了），除了酒不好喝。有睡衣没有铺床。
另一间朋友推荐的伊朗菜Takht Jamsheed觉得一般般
