据报道，SK海力士7月发行265亿美元的美国存托凭证（ADR）后，韩国外汇当局购买了约200亿美元SK海力士汇回的资金。知情人士称，SK海力士将美元汇回韩国的过程中，韩国外汇稳定基金通过场外交易购汇。
