9月2日，天禾股份（002999.SZ）公告称，公司副总经理叶建才因职务调整申请辞去副总经理职务，辞职后不再担任公司及子公司任何职务。其辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效，持有公司股份6万股，占公司股本0.02%，辞职不会对日常经营管理产生不利影响。
