新京报贝壳财经讯 9月2日，中远海控公告，公司此前拟以7.7亿元~15.4亿元回购A股股份，用于维护公司价值及股东权益。2026年8月，公司回购A股股份804.1万股，价格15.14元/股~15.4元/股，支付1.23亿元(不含交易费用)。截至2026年8月31日，累计回购3715.75万股，支付5.46亿元。
