上证报中国证券网讯（记者 马慜）近日，上海金融监管局官网发布批复，核准黄叶峰交银金融租赁有限责任公司（简称“交银金租”）董事、总裁的任职资格。
资料显示，交银金租为交通银行全资子公司，2007年12月开业，注册资本200亿元。截至今年6月末，交银金租公司总资产4564.70亿元，今年上半年实现净利润28.68亿元，同比增长23.54%。
