9月3日，精智达（688627）发布公告，公司于近日与某客户签订了半导体测试设备采购协议，合同总金额为15.76亿元（含税）。
该合同自双方加盖公章或合同章后生效，预计在2年内完成交付，具体执行需根据交易双方实际签署的采购订单予以确定。
若合同顺利履行，具体订单得以正常交付，预计将对公司2026年至2028年度经营业绩产生积极影响。
2026年中期，精智达实现收入8.04亿元，归母净利润4891万元。
