好吃下饭菜推荐：油淋丝瓜鸡、虾米卷心菜、香干芹菜

油淋丝瓜鸡

材料：丝瓜1根、鸡腿2个、青红椒各半个 盐1/2匙、味精1/2匙、白糖1/2匙、生抽酱油1匙、醋1小匙、料酒1匙、香油1大匙、花椒粒少许、香菜、葱、姜、蒜

做法：

1、丝瓜洗净，去皮，切成段后加少许盐腌制5分钟。

2、鸡腿剔去骨头备用；青、红椒洗净去蒂和籽切成丝；葱、姜、蒜切成末备用。

3、锅中倒入热水，加料酒、盐、姜片、葱，烧开后关火将鸡腿肉放入浸泡5分钟备用。

4、将浸泡后的鸡腿肉铺放在丝瓜上。

5、取一小碗，放入酱油、醋、白糖、盐、味精调匀，做成调味汁，浇在鸡肉和丝瓜上。

6、放入锅中大火蒸5分钟，出锅后撒上葱姜蒜末、香菜、青红椒丝.

7、香油烧热，放入花椒炸香，淋在菜上即可。

虾米卷心菜

材料：卷心菜、虾米、盐。

做 法：

1. 卷心菜对半切开用手撕小片，洗净沥干；

2. 虾米清水浸泡一会儿，捞出沥干；

3. 起锅热适量油，倒入虾米爆香，放入卷心菜；

4. 拌炒至卷心菜断生，加盐调味即可。

香干芹菜

用料：豆腐干；芹菜；辣椒；盐；鸡精；姜末；蒜末

做法：1、豆腐干切片

2、芹菜去掉老叶，根，切成段

3、锅里放油烧热，爆香姜末，蒜末，辣椒

4、下入豆腐干，炒干水分，下入芹菜，盐，鸡精炒制入味即可。

小炒牛肉

食材：牛里脊肉半斤、料酒适量、胡椒粉少许，盐少许、淀粉、食用油、葱姜蒜、泡姜、青椒、红椒、黄米椒、生抽、鸡精

做法：

1、牛肉切片放料酒，胡椒粉，盐，淀粉，少许食用油抓匀腌制15分钟

2、青椒切块，葱切段，黄米椒切粒，泡姜切片，姜蒜切米

3、锅热油后将牛肉放入快速滑变色盛出

4、锅放油爆香姜蒜，放米椒和泡姜爆香，放青红椒，调盐翻炒

5、倒入牛肉翻炒，调生抽，鸡粉，葱段炒匀即可~

香菇清蒸排骨

材料：排骨；鲜香菇；大葱；姜；蒜；豆豉；蚝油；料酒；生抽；芝麻油；胡椒粉；盐；

做法

1、排骨洗净后用清水浸泡1个小时。香菇去蒂洗净。把调味放进排骨里，豆豉和蒜剁碎，用油炒一下。大葱和姜切丝，放进排骨拌匀，腌制半小时。

2、盘底铺上一层香菇，然后把腌好的排骨均匀铺好，上面再铺上香菇。上锅蒸，水开后蒸半小时。准备一些小葱。美味的排骨出锅了。

绚彩蔬菜沙拉

红、黄甜椒洗净，去蒂除籽，切成条状和块状；番茄洗净，切成圆形片,生菜叶洗净，沥干水分；取一大碗，铺入生菜，依次摆放好切好的番茄片和红、黄甜椒，淋沙拉酱即可。

芦笋虾墨鱼汁意面

材料：墨鱼汁意面、虾仁、芦笋、洋葱、大蒜、橄榄油、高汤、淀粉、黄芥末、柠檬汁、黑胡椒粉、芝士粉、盐、新鲜薄荷叶。

做法：1、水开下面，加盐，煮到八成熟。

2、虾仁用料酒腌制去腥。

3、芦笋洗净后切段，大蒜切片，洋葱切丝。

4、在煮面的锅中加入淀粉、黄芥末、柠檬汁拌匀。

5、将蒜、洋葱、虾仁、芦笋下油锅炒制。

6、六成熟时倒入调制的汤汁熬煮变稠。

7、倒入煮好的意面在炒锅中。

8、翻炒均匀装盘。

9、撒上现磨黑胡椒和芝士粉及薄荷叶装饰即可。

酱烧鸭腿

材料：鸭边腿2个、豆豉酱1勺、葱、姜、蒜、八角、干辣椒、花椒粒、米酒、老抽、盐。

做法：1.首先将鸭边腿划上一字花刀、姜切片、葱打成结、蒜子切开。

2.锅中放入油，下入鸭边腿，煎至两面金黄，装出。

3.锅留底油，加入少许豆豉酱、干辣椒、花椒煸香，再倒入小半锅清水，淋入适量老抽、米酒，加入姜片、葱结、蒜子、八角，煮开。

4.再将鸭腿倒入锅中，盖上锅盖，小火煮四十分钟，然后加一勺盐调味，即可。

大烧豆腐

食材：老豆腐1块、青椒1个、红椒半个、秀珍菇适量、木耳少许、色拉油适量、豆瓣酱1勺、蚝油1勺、生抽1勺、盐少许、鸡精少许

做法 ：

1、豆腐切三角块备用。

2、豆腐用厨房纸吸干表面水，油温五成热下锅煎。

3、煎至两面金黄捞出控油。

4、木耳用温水泡发备用。

5、青红椒切小块，秀珍菇洗净备用。

6、起锅倒入小半碗水，加入少许水淀粉大火烧开。

7、加入一勺豆瓣酱。

8、加入木耳大火翻炒。

9、倒入青红椒块，秀珍菇，继续翻炒。

10、倒入蚝油，生抽，少许盐，鸡精翻炒入味。起锅装盘。

醋溜豆芽

材料：绿豆芽、青椒、花椒、葱、蒜、油、盐、白糖、味精、醋。

做 法：1、豆芽用沸水快速焯一下，捞出在凉水中浸泡，捞出，将水分控干备用。

2、青椒切丝，蒜拍碎，葱切段。

3、 锅内放油烧热，将花椒炸焦，去掉花椒，放葱丝炝锅。

4、放入绿豆芽，加精盐、白糖、醋翻炒几下。

5、然后放青椒、蒜翻炒片刻，加味精拌匀即可出锅。

凉拌三丝

1.海带温水发开洗净。

2.其他食材打理干净备用。

3.胡萝卜、青笋、海带切成丝，蒜压成泥、小米辣剁碎备用。

4.锅内放入适量清水，水开后放入海带丝焯3分钟左右捞出。

5.胡萝卜丝下开水焯断生后捞出。

6.锅内放入适量油（下图中因需油做它用所以量多，实际操作中按需用即可）。

7.油温滚热冒大烟时倒入装小米辣和蒜泥碗中。

8.稍微凉一下调入生抽、盐、香醋、糖和藤椒油拌匀成酱汁。

9.取大一些的拌菜容器，将三种蔬菜丝放入，倒入调好的酱汁。

蔬菜炒面

做法1.包菜、香菇、洋葱和胡萝卜洗净沥水后切成丝，豆苗摘去须根，洗净沥水，姜蒜切成末

2.1勺白糖、1勺蚝油、2勺生抽和1勺老抽，调成料汁待用

3.锅里倒水烧开，放入面条，煮至面条8成熟，捞出之后用凉水冲一下，沥水待用

4.重新起锅，倒油，放入姜蒜末，中火爆香，将切好的包菜、胡萝卜、豆苗和香菇，中火炒至变软

5.放入面条，大火，用筷子翻炒均匀，倒入调好的料汁，放入洋葱丝，翻炒均匀，盛出

6.重新起锅，煎一个荷包蛋，煎好的鸡蛋盛出放在面条上即可

苦瓜炒肉片

食材：苦瓜1根、五花肉300克、花生油5ml、盐5克、酱油2ml、生姜3克、香葱10克

做法：

1、准备食材：五花肉、苦瓜、香葱等；

2、苦瓜，洗净去籽，切片，放盐腌制5分钟；

3、热锅，倒油，煸炒五花肉、放生姜、酱油、盐炒香；

4、苦瓜去盐水，沥干，倒入锅中；

5、大火翻炒至苦瓜熟；

6、放盐、香葱炒均匀即可。

番茄牛肉汤

食材：牛腩200g、西红柿2个、圣女果150g、白糖、盐、姜、洋葱

做法1、西红柿顶部划上十字花刀、牛腩切大块、洋葱切块、姜切片。

2、锅中放入半锅热水，下入西红柿，煮至西红柿皮变皱，捞出入凉水，接着将西红柿去皮切丁、圣女果切开。

3、锅中放入油，下入姜片煸香，倒入西红柿，翻炒出汁时，倒入牛腩翻炒片刻。

4、接着倒入小半锅清水，水开时，转小火，煮四十分钟后，加入圣女果，加盖，继续煮十五分钟。

5、随后下入洋葱，煮两分钟，加一勺盐，少许白糖调味，拌匀，品尝即可。

蒜香茄条

材料：茄子、大蒜、生姜、青椒、生抽、料酒、鱼露、白砂糖、食用油

做法：1.茄子切5至6厘米的长段，隔水蒸熟（电饭锅屉子里即可），取出放凉一些(手能承受的温度)，撕成条状备用，准备料汁。

2.大蒜，生姜，青椒切成碎末，尽量碎一点。

3.准备一个小碗，倒小半碗生抽，一勺料酒，十来滴鱼露，半勺白砂糖(根据个人口味适当放糖)。

4.热锅倒油，油热放生姜末翻炒出香味，倒入刚才调好的料汁，料汁冒泡关火，倒入大蒜末青椒末拌匀，浇在茄子上就好了。

材料：洋葱 ( 100克 )，猪肝 ( 50克 )

做法：

1猪肝去净筋膜，洗净，切片；淀粉加水调匀，用料酒和水淀粉腌渍15分钟；洋葱去老末，去蒂，洗净，切方片。

2炒锅置火上，倒入适量植物油，待油温烧至七成热，加葱花、花椒粉炒香，放入猪肝片滑熟。

3放入切好的洋葱片炒熟，用盐和鸡精调味即可。
