【欧盟新计划或使碳捕集项目获得价值87亿欧元配额】财联社9月9日电，欧洲碳捕集与封存(CCS)项目开发商有望从近期欧盟公布的“投资助推器”计划(Investment Booster)中获得约5,800万份碳配额。基于碳价预测，这批配额的价值约为87亿欧元（合101亿美元）。水泥行业很可能成为主要受益者，将获得约77亿欧元。Holcim和Heidelberg Materials等企业将是主要受益者。
