当地时间9月14日，美国总统特朗普在社交媒体发文称，伊朗目前"希望尽快达成协议"，并称伊朗寻求达成协议的意愿"非常迫切"。
特朗普称，他将决定美国是否选择与伊朗进行接触，并表示美方"对这一想法持开放态度"。
