近日，国家统计局发布2026年8月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况。数据显示，惠州新建商品住宅销售价格指数环比上涨0.2%，二手住宅销售价格指数环比下降0.1%。
其中新房（90-144㎡）近三月环比数据：6月上涨0.4%，7月持平，8月上涨0.2%。
二手房（90-144㎡）近三月环比数据：6月下降0.5%，7月下降0.3%，8月下降0.1%。
