1. 陕西富平尖柿

富平被誉为中国柿饼之乡，富平尖柿是制作吊柿饼的首选品种，产自陕西渭南富平渭北旱塬。黄土土层深厚，秋季光照足、昼夜温差大，糖分疯狂积累。果子呈纺锤尖形，果肉紧实细腻，几乎无核。鲜果软熟之后汁水丰盈，甜度浓郁。最出名的还是古法吊柿饼，悬挂自然风干，表面析出一层天然柿霜，掰开果肉琥珀透亮，流心软糯，甜润不齁，是秋冬热门伴手礼，每年 10 月下旬成熟。

2. 陕西临潼火晶柿子

西安临潼的火晶柿子，软柿界的网红，国家地理标志产品。果子小巧圆润，果皮火红透亮像水晶，皮薄如纸，轻轻撕开外皮，不用削皮，在果蒂咬个小口，直接吸食果肉。果肉细腻无丝无核，入口是液态蜜糖感，清甜顺滑，没有涩味。骊山脚下的气候滋养，自带淡淡的果香，每年 9-10 月上市，很多人专程去临潼山里采摘尝鲜。

3. 广西恭城月柿

桂林恭城瑶族自治县，中国月柿之乡，拥有上千年种柿历史。果子扁圆如满月，因此得名月柿。南方温暖湿润的山地环境，造就肉厚皮薄，少核无核。它有两种吃法，脱涩之后直接吃是脆柿，咔嚓脆口，清甜多汁；放软之后软糯香甜，削皮晒制柿饼，橙红通透，果香浓郁。每年 10 到 12 月是采摘季，瑶族村寨晒柿的场面，是秋日独有的风景。

4. 湖北罗田甜柿

国内少有的成熟就能直接吃的原生甜柿，不用人工脱涩，大别山南麓得天独厚。当地留存数千株百年古柿树。果皮橙黄，果肉嫩脆，咬下去汁水迸发，清甜爽口，完全没有涩感。区别于其他需要脱涩的柿子，摘下洗净直接啃，口感像脆苹果，果肉紧实，核少。喜欢脆柿的朋友，这款是必尝款，霜降前后口感最佳。

5. 北京房山磨盘柿

华北经典名柿，国家地理标志，古时曾作为贡品。果子个头巨大，果实中间有一圈凹槽，外形酷似磨盘，因此得名。果肉饱满，纤维少，软熟之后绵密香甜，汁水充沛。房山山区温差大，积累充足糖分。既可以鲜食，冻过之后做成冰柿，挖着吃像柿子冰淇淋；也可以加工做柿酒、柿酱。

6. 河南渑池仰韶牛心柿

产自河南渑池，仰韶文化故土，汉代就开始种植，清代列为贡品。果形修长，酷似牛心。果皮橙黄，皮薄肉细。鲜果脱涩之后脆甜，放软之后果肉化为蜜浆，汁水超多。当地农户代代晒柿饼，凉水浸泡柿饼，果肉能化成蜜浆，风味独特。黄河沿岸的坡地土壤，赋予柿子醇厚甜香，霜降之后采摘风味最佳。
