记者从农业农村部了解到，今天（16日）12时，北纬35度至北纬26度30分之间的黄海和东海海域将结束为期四个半月的伏季休渔，至此，我国管辖的渤海、黄海、东海、南海四大海域全面开渔。经过四个半月的休养生息，东海北部休渔后期总资源密度比休渔前期增长约9.8倍，黄海南部增长4.7倍。
