【财华社讯】顺丰同城(09699.HK)公布，获顺丰控股的全资附属公司Celestial Ocean Investments Limited告知，其已于2026年9月18日通过大宗交易收购4584.4万股公司H股，占公司全部已发行股本(包含库存股份)约4.9973%。
由于收购事项，顺丰控股直接及间接持有的公司股权将由约58.4824%增至约63.4797%。
顺丰同城(09699.HK)午后拉涨超7%，最高见9.15港元，截至发稿涨6.26%，报9.075港元。
