9月8日，范女士（化姓）带儿子去上海迪士尼度假区游玩，上午在胡迪牛仔嘉年华排队时，范女士的儿子抬头磕到了紧急出口处的把手，导致受伤流血。范女士一行随即赶往医院，“因为我的原因我朋友也没玩上，我们10:30就都走了，5个人都去医院了，有证明记录。当时买了两张1000多的优速通，因为回去太晚了，优速通没使用的给我退了，门票不行”。
