特斯拉今天出庭受审，被指控其旗舰工厂弗里蒙特工厂让数千名黑人工人遭受种族侮辱、隔离和更低的薪酬。案件由加利福尼亚州政府提起，覆盖超过6000名工人，且损害赔偿没有上限。
这是特斯拉自2017年以来应对的众多歧视案件中规模最大的一起，也是第一起由政府机构提起并进入完整庭审阶段的案件。
