北京时间9月22日，据记者Paul Garcia报道，掘金和里斯-迪克森-沃特斯、基昂特-琼斯签下了训练营合同。
沃特斯和琼斯均为今年的落选秀，他们几乎可以肯定签下了Exhibit 10合同，根据该合同条款，若球员在赛季开始前被裁员，且在球队G联赛附属球队效力至少60天，则可获得最高9.1万美元的奖金。
