当地时间23日，日本方面通报称，受今年第25号台风"杜鹃"影响，该国千叶县及神奈川县接连发生地质灾害以及河流泛滥导致的浸水灾害，截至目前已有10人死亡，4人失踪。（总台记者 何欣蕾）
