【AI云计算公司Nscale在IPO前通过可转换票据融资33.6亿美元】财联社9月25日电，Nscale 宣布通过可转换贷款票据筹集33.6亿美元。该轮融资由Third Point领投，其中23.6亿美元已在交割时到位。英伟达承诺额外投入10亿美元，资金将于11月中旬到位。Nscale表示，公司已拥有超过1030亿美元的合同总价值。
