一、花生莲藕猪骨汤

准备食材:猪骨、莲藕、花生、薏米、红枣、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、猪骨剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜葱和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、莲藕去皮清洗干净，然后切成小块放入炖锅中，接着把花生米、薏米和去核红枣一起清洗干净，也一起放入。

3、往炖锅中加入姜片和适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时，再加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

二、粉葛胡萝卜猪骨汤

准备食材:粉葛、胡萝卜、猪骨、鸡脚、眉豆、芡实、茯苓、赤小豆、陈皮、无花果、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、猪骨剁成小块，然后和鸡脚一起清洗干净，接着冷水下锅焯水，再加入姜葱和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、粉葛和胡萝卜去皮清洗，然后分别切成小块放入炖锅中，接着清洗干净眉豆、芡实、茯苓、赤小豆、陈皮和无花果，也一起放入。

3、往炖锅中加入姜片和适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时，再加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

三、海带冬瓜猪骨汤

准备食材:猪骨、海带、冬瓜、姜片、葱段、薏米、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、剁成小块的猪骨头清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜葱去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、海带提前泡发，然后切成小块放入炖锅中，接着用食盐搓洗干净冬瓜，再切成小块放入炖锅中。

3、清洗干净薏米，接着炒干水分放入炖锅中，再往炖锅中加入姜片和适量的清水，然后中小火炖煮两个小时。

4、最后加入适量的食盐调味，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

四、莲藕绿豆鸽子汤

准备食材:鸽子、绿豆、莲子、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、鸽子剁成大块清洗干净，然后加入姜葱和温水一起浸泡半个小时去腥，接着捞出沥干水分，倒入炖锅中。

2、清洗干净绿豆和莲子，然后和姜片一起放入炖锅中，再加入适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时。

3、最后加入一小勺食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

五、海带玉米排骨汤

准备食材:海带、玉米、胡萝卜、排骨、姜片、葱段、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、排骨剁成小块清洗干净，接着冷水下锅焯水，然后加入姜葱和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，倒入炖锅中。

2、海带提前泡软清洗干净，然后切小块放入炖锅中，接着把胡萝卜去皮，再和玉米一起切成小块放入炖锅中。

3、往炖锅中加入适量的清水和一块姜片，接着中小火炖煮两个小时，再加入少许的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

六、油橄榄瘦肉汤

准备食材:瘦肉、油橄榄、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切小块，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜片、葱段和料酒去腥，焯水过后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、清洗干净油橄榄，然后和姜片一起放入炖锅中，再加入适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时。

3、最后再加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

七、五指毛桃土茯苓排骨汤

准备食材:排骨、土茯苓、五指毛桃、茯苓、薏米、芡实、姜葱。

做法步骤:

1、剁成小块的排骨清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片和葱段去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、清洗干净土茯苓、五指毛桃、茯苓、薏米和芡实，然后一起倒入炖锅中，接着往里加入姜片和适量的清水。

3、最后再中小火炖煮两个小时，接着加入少许的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

八、山药玉米排骨汤

准备食材:山药、玉米、香菇、排骨、茯苓、芡实、莲子、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、斩成小块的排骨清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜片、葱段和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、山药去皮，然后和玉米一起清洗干净，接着分别切成小块放入炖锅中，再清洗干净香菇、芡实、莲子和茯苓，也一块放入。

3、往炖锅中加入适量的清水，然后中小火炖煮两个小时，再加入少许的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。
