【升级版制作方法 - 软嫩不发柴】

1. 食材： 鸡胸肉1块（约200克）、山药1小截（生的）、胡萝卜碎、玉米粒。

2. 打泥： 鸡胸肉切块，山药去皮切块，一起放进绞肉机打成细腻的肉泥。山药中的淀粉会让肉泥变得非常粘稠且软嫩。

3. 调味： 加入胡萝卜碎、玉米粒、盐、胡椒粉、一勺生抽，顺时针搅打上劲。

4. 煎制： 平底锅刷薄油，双手抹油防粘，把肉泥团成小饼，小火慢煎至两面金黄。因为加了山药，里面汁水丰盈，一点不柴，比鸡胸肉沙拉好吃一万倍。
