北京时间9月28日，据热火球队记者Ira Winderman报道，前热火后卫诺里斯-科尔加入球队教练组，出任热火发展联盟球队助理教练。
诺里斯-科尔生涯共代表热火出战274场常规赛，场均贡献6.2分1.8篮板2.6助攻，并随队夺得了2012&2013年的NBA总冠军。
