一、苦瓜赤小豆排骨汤

食材准备：苦瓜、赤小豆、排骨、姜片、葱段。

做法流程：

1.剁成小块的排骨清洗好，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜葱和料酒去腥，煮开以后，撇去浮沫，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2.用食盐搓洗干净苦瓜，然后去除瓜瓢切小块，倒入炖锅中，接着把赤小豆也清洗一下，也一起倒入炖锅中。

3.往炖锅中加入一块姜片，再倒入适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时。

4.再加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

二、莴笋木耳炒肉

食材准备：莴笋、木耳、瘦肉、蒜末。

做法流程：

1.瘦肉清洗干净，然后切成薄片放入大碗中，接着加入适量的淀粉、料酒、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.木耳提前泡发清洗干净，然后把莴笋去皮清洗干净，再切成薄片备用，接着把蒜末准备好。

3.热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入腌制好的瘦肉煸炒，煸炒至变色后，再加入木耳和莴笋一起翻炒均匀。

4.接着加入适量的食盐调味，再淋入少量的清水一起大火翻炒，炒至木耳和莴笋断生入味以后，即可出锅开吃。

三、卷心菜肉丝炒鸡蛋

食材准备：卷心菜、瘦肉、鸡蛋、蒜末。

做法流程：

1.瘦肉清洗干净，然后切成肉碎放入大碗中，接着加入适量的淀粉、料酒、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.卷心菜切小条清洗好，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，把两个土鸡蛋搅拌均匀倒入油煎，煎熟鸡蛋液后，盛出备用。

3.切好蒜末，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入腌制好的肉碎煸炒，煸炒至肉碎变色后，然后加入卷心菜大火翻炒。

4.然后加入适量的食盐和蚝油调味提鲜，接着加入鸡蛋一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

四、茭白炒肉丝

食材准备：茭白、瘦肉、青椒、蒜末。

做法流程：

1.瘦肉清洗干净，然后切成小条放入大碗中，接着加入料酒、淀粉、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀。腌制十分钟备用。

2.清洗干净茭白，然后切成小条备用，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的肉丝煸炒，煸炒至肉丝变色后，盛出备用。

3.切好青椒丝和蒜末，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入茭白和青椒丝大火翻炒。

4.然后加入适量的食盐调味，继续翻炒至莴笋断生，接着倒入肉丝一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

五、黄瓜炒肉

食材准备：黄瓜、瘦肉、蒜末、小米辣。

做法流程：

1.清洗干净的瘦肉切成薄片，然后放入大碗中，接着加入料酒、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.用食盐搓洗干净黄瓜，然后切成薄片备用，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的瘦肉煸炒，煸炒至瘦肉变色后，盛出备用。

3.准备好蒜末和小米辣，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末和小米辣爆香，接着倒入黄瓜煸炒，然后加入食盐调味，继续翻炒至断生。

4.最后再倒入瘦肉一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

六、丝瓜蒸鸡腿肉

食材准备：鸡腿、丝瓜、胡萝卜丝、姜丝、葱花。

做法流程：

1.鸡腿去骨和鸡皮清洗干净，然后切成小块放入大碗中，接着加入姜丝、料酒、食盐、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2.丝瓜去皮清洗干净，然后切成小块铺在蒸碗底，接着加入胡萝卜丝和腌制好的鸡腿肉，再冷水上蒸锅蒸煮。

3.蒸煮二十五分钟左右后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

七、西葫芦炒肉

食材准备：西葫芦、瘦肉、蒜末、小米辣。

做法流程：

1.瘦肉清洗干净，然后切成薄片放入大碗中，接着加入适量的料酒、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2.清洗干净西葫芦，削成薄片备用，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的瘦肉煸炒，煸炒至瘦肉变色后，盛出备用。

3.另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末和小米辣爆香，接着倒入西葫芦大火翻炒，再加入食盐调味，继续翻炒至西葫芦断生。

4.最后再倒入炒好的瘦肉一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

八、清炒红笕菜

食材准备：红笕菜、蒜末、小米辣。

做法流程：

1.清洗干净红笕菜，然后摘成小段备用，接着准备好蒜末和小米辣，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末和小米辣爆香。

2.接着倒入红笕菜大火翻炒均匀，然后加入适量的食盐调味，再继续大火翻炒。

3.炒至红笕菜断生入味以后，即可出锅开吃。
