当地时间2日，总台记者获悉，美国驻巴西大使馆和领事馆以安全问题为由，暂停对外服务，但未具体说明相关威胁原因。
此外，澳大利亚驻巴西大使馆表示也将暂停服务。
据了解，巴西将于10月4日举行大选，选举总统、州长、参议员以及联邦、州和地区议员。
