苦荞与小米同煮粥，加山药丁控糖养胃稳血糖

苦荞米粒细小，颜色黄褐，带着一股淡淡的焦香。小米淘净，与苦荞一同入锅，加水烧开。山药去皮切小丁，待粥煮开后再放入。小火慢熬，苦荞与小米渐渐开花，山药丁也软了，粥色微黄，稠而不糊，香气是谷物混着山药的甜，温吞吞的。

这碗粥，控糖养胃。苦荞含膳食纤维，小米和胃，山药补中，三样搭在一起，饱腹感强，升糖也慢些。血糖偏高、吃饭需要控制的人，可把它当主食。它不苦，苦荞的香只在舌根轻轻一绕，孩子也能接受。山药丁糯糯的，为粥添了口感。

苦荞与小米可按一比二搭配。山药后放，免得煮散。水一次加足，中途不添。粥要熬到稠，才养人。清晨一碗，配一碟小菜，既有饱足，也不给身体添负担。日子久了，身体会知道这碗粥的好。
