孩子免疫力差总生病？常吃这八道营养餐，补充维生素强健体质

家有娃的爸妈多半都有过同款焦虑：刚上幼儿园没半个月就感冒，换季稍不注意就咳嗽发烧，别人娃活蹦乱跳整天上蹿下跳，自家娃三天两头往医院跑，药喂了不少、补品堆了半柜，可小身板总像风中的小嫩芽，轻轻晃两下就蔫头耷脑。其实孩子免疫力不是靠补剂堆出来的，藏在每天的一日三餐里——把普通食材换个搭配，把维生素、优质蛋白、微量元素都揉进孩子爱吃的家常菜里，吃对了比啥补剂都管用。今天就给大家整理了8道做法零难度、娃抢着吃的免疫力营养餐，新手妈妈也能一次做成功。

一、山药薏米健脾粥

所需食材：铁棍山药300克，薏米60克，大米80克，红枣6颗，茯苓15克，冰糖适量，清水适量。

步骤：

1. 薏米和茯苓提前用清水浸泡2小时，大米淘洗两遍沥干。
2. 铁棍山药戴手套去皮，切成小段后泡入淡盐水中防变色。
3. 红枣去核，切成薄片备用。
4. 锅中加足量清水，放入薏米和茯苓，大火煮沸后转中火煮20分钟。
5. 加入大米和红枣片，搅匀后继续煮15分钟至米粒开花。
6. 放入山药段，转小火慢熬20分钟，期间偶尔搅拌防粘底。
7. 待粥体浓稠、山药软烂时，加冰糖调味，融化后即可关火。

二、土豆炖牛腩

食材

牛腩 400 克、土豆 2 个、胡萝卜 1 根、姜片、葱段、料酒、盐

做法

1、牛腩切成方块，冷水下锅，加姜片、料酒焯水，煮开撇去浮沫，捞出温水洗净。

2、土豆、胡萝卜去皮切滚刀块。

3、砂锅里面放入牛腩、姜片葱段，倒入足量热水，大火烧开，转小火慢炖 60 分钟。

4、把土豆胡萝卜放进砂锅里，继续小火炖煮 25 分钟，炖到土豆软糯，牛腩一咬就烂。

5、最后放食盐调味，搅匀即可上桌。

三、莲藕雪梨排骨汤

所需食材： 猪肋排500克、莲藕2节、雪梨1个、枸杞10粒、生姜4片、料酒2勺、盐适量、白胡椒粉少许、清水足量、香葱1根。

步骤：

1. 猪肋排剁成小段，放入冷水中浸泡30分钟，中途换水两次，充分泡出血水以减少腥味。
2. 排骨冷水下锅，加入2片生姜和2勺料酒，大火煮开后撇净浮沫，继续煮2分钟捞出用温水冲洗干净。
3. 莲藕选择粉藕品种，削去外皮切成滚刀块，放入清水中浸泡防止氧化，同时去除部分淀粉。
4. 雪梨用盐搓洗表皮后带皮切成大块，去掉梨核；梨皮润肺效果佳，不建议削去。
5. 将处理好的排骨、莲藕块、剩余姜片一同放入砂锅，加入足量清水，水量需一次加够，中途不添水。
6. 大火煮沸后转小火慢炖1小时，然后加入雪梨块继续炖煮30分钟，至莲藕粉糯、排骨酥烂。
7. 出锅前5分钟放入枸杞，加入适量盐和少许白胡椒粉调味，关火后撒上葱花即可享用。

四、仔姜鸭肉煲

所需食材：新鲜鸭肉800克，仔姜150克，青红椒各1个，大蒜5瓣，生姜3片，料酒2勺，生抽2勺，老抽1勺，蚝油1勺，冰糖5粒，八角2个，桂皮1小段，香叶2片，食用油适量，盐适量，清水适量。

步骤：

1. 鸭肉洗净斩成大小均匀的块状，冷水下锅，加入姜片和1勺料酒，大火煮开后撇去浮沫，焯水3分钟捞出，用温水冲洗干净沥干备用。
2. 仔姜刮去外皮，切成薄片；青红椒去籽切块；大蒜去皮拍扁备用。
3. 热锅倒入少许食用油，油温五成热时放入冰糖，小火慢慢炒至冰糖融化变成枣红色糖色。
4. 倒入焯好的鸭肉块，转中火快速翻炒，让每块鸭肉均匀裹上糖色，炒至表面微微焦黄。
5. 加入大蒜、八角、桂皮、香叶和一半仔姜片，继续翻炒出香味，再淋入料酒、生抽、老抽和蚝油炒匀。
6. 倒入没过鸭肉的热水，大火烧开后转小火加盖焖煮30分钟，至鸭肉软烂入味。
7. 开盖加入剩余仔姜片和青红椒块，转大火收汁，加盐调味，翻炒至汤汁浓稠即可出锅。

五、黑木耳山药炖排骨

所需食材：排骨五百克、铁棍山药一根、干黑木耳一小把、枸杞十几粒、生姜四片、大葱一段、料酒两勺、盐适量、白胡椒粉少许。

步骤：

1. 干黑木耳提前用冷水泡发两小时，摘去根部，撕成小朵；枸杞用清水略泡。
2. 排骨斩成小段，冷水下锅，加两片姜和一勺料酒，大火煮开，撇去浮沫，捞出用温水冲净。
3. 铁棍山药戴手套去皮，切成滚刀块，泡在淡盐水中防止氧化变黑。
4. 炖锅中加入足量热水，放入焯好的排骨、剩余姜片和葱段，大火烧开后转小火炖四十分钟。
5. 加入黑木耳，继续炖十五分钟，让木耳的胶质和排骨的鲜味融合。
6. 放入山药块，再炖十五分钟，直到山药软糯、排骨脱骨。
7. 出锅前五分钟加入枸杞，加盐和白胡椒粉调味，挑出葱段和姜片即可。

六、酸香手撕包菜

食材与用量

主料：圆包菜半颗，约500克。

配料：大蒜10克；干辣椒3个。

料汁：生抽15毫升、香醋20毫升、白糖3克、盐0—1克、香油3毫升、食用油15毫升。

开始做

1. 包菜逐片掰开洗净，撕成一口大小的不规则片；特别厚的叶脉削薄或去掉，成熟度会更一致。
2. 沸水中加一小撮盐和几滴油，放包菜快速焯20—30秒，叶片刚变亮、略微变软就捞出。
3. 用凉白开迅速降温，充分沥水后轻轻攥去表面水分。蒜末和干辣椒段放在菜上，用15毫升热油激香。
4. 加入生抽、香醋、白糖、香油，先拌再尝，根据咸度决定是否补盐。

七、四喜丸子

食材：3:7肥瘦猪肉馅500g、鸡蛋1个、葱姜、淀粉2勺、青菜几颗

调料：生抽、老抽、料酒、盐、白胡椒粉、香油、高汤

1、肉馅加葱姜末、鸡蛋、全部调料、淀粉，顺着同一个方向搅打，分次少量加清水，搅到肉馅粘稠上劲，这是丸子不散的关键；

2、肉馅分成4份，双手来回摔打团成圆润大丸子，排掉内部空气；

3、油温六成热中小火下锅，煎到表面金黄定型捞出。锅里留底油爆香葱姜，倒入高汤，放入丸子；

4、大火烧开转小火慢炖30分钟，中途轻翻。汤汁收浓淋香油，丸子摆上焯好的青菜，浇上热汤汁就完成。

八、苦瓜炒蛋

食材：苦瓜1根、鸡蛋3个、大蒜2瓣、食盐、食用油少许

做法：

苦瓜对半剖开，用小勺把白瓤刮得干干净净（白瓤是苦味的主要来源，刮得越干净越不苦）。

斜刀切成薄片，加半勺盐抓匀腌5分钟，挤掉苦水，清水冲净沥干。

鸡蛋加几滴料酒和少许盐打散；热锅放油，蛋液下锅大火炒至凝固立刻盛出（炒老了就柴）。

锅里补少许油，蒜末爆香，苦瓜下锅大火炒1分钟。
