据相关报道，在经历多轮历史性燃料危机以及今年夏天造成欧洲数万人死亡的气候危机之后，欧盟正接近达成一项协议，允许其本土车企生产更多燃油车——也就是直接造成上述问题的那些车。
报道指出，这样做只会让欧盟本土车企在面对真正在提供解决方案的国家——中国——时更加准备不足。
