10月12日，理工能科（002322.SZ）公告称，预计2026年前三季度归属于上市公司股东的净利润为1.92亿元~2.14亿元，同比增长39.21%~55.33%；扣除非经常性损益后的净利润为1.89亿元-2.12亿元，同比增长43.72%-60.56%；基本每股收益0.55元/股-0.61元/股。业绩增长主要系公司软件与信息化板块业务实现增长，该板块盈利提升。本次业绩预告相关财务数据未经审计，具体以2026年第三季度报告为准。
