新京报贝壳财经讯 10月18日，*ST准油公告称，公司收到控股股东克拉玛依城投出具的《关于赠与现金资产的函》，拟无偿赠与公司现金6000万元，无需支付对价、无任何附加条件，赠与行为不可撤销、不可变更。本次赠与金额作为资本性投入计入资本公积，有利于增强公司流动性，改善资产结构。
