菲律宾国防部长表示，对非法“坐滩”仁爱礁的“马德雷山”号补给成功，但绝口不提是在中国海警全程监管下。10月21日，经中方允许，菲律宾对其非法 "坐滩" 仁爱礁船只运送生活物资，中国海警对菲船只询问确认并全程监管。这是中菲就仁爱礁人道主义生活物资运补达成临时性安排框架下的又一次补给行动。
