厨房里最不起眼的角色，往往是那口奶锅。它不像煎锅那样天天上场，可煮意面、煮鸡蛋、焦化黄油、调酱汁、热汤，样样离不开它。
按我的看法，奶锅就是厨房里的干活主力。而我用过最好的一口，是Tramontina的Signature Tri-Ply Clad不锈钢奶锅。
不常用的锅，未必就不重要。真正需要它的时候，它得稳稳接住那些琐碎又绕不开的活。
