新球场名为Generali球场，预计在2031-32赛季开始时投入使用，容量为71500人。这意味着圣西罗作为足球地标的时代将走向终点。
球场建设资金来自出售给意大利保险公司Generali的冠名权。新球场建成后，两家俱乐部将各自另建一座新球场。
