10月30日，黑龙江鸡西市鸡冠区一处供暖管道发生破裂，地下管道喷射出数米高的水柱，冒着蒸汽的积水流到路面上。31日，记者从当地供热部门获悉，已连夜派工作队进行抢修，发生破损的管道是一次供热管网干线，已抢修完毕，周边用户正逐步恢复供热。
