9月2日，海南省住房公积金管理局发布通知，调整住房公积金个人住房贷款购买保障性住房最低首付款比例。缴存人家庭在海南省行政区域内购买保障性住房申请住房公积金个人住房贷款的，最低首付款比例统一调整为15%。首套商品房、拆迁安置房、棚户区改造房公积金贷款最低首付款比例仍为20%，维持不变。
