山东大学研究者在硫化砷通过调节PD-L1逆转非小细胞肺癌对顺铂的耐药性研究中，为了研究PD-L1蛋白表达降低对细胞株DDP耐药性的影响，使用RFectsiRNA转染试剂将siRNA-PD-L1成功转染至A549/DDP细胞中。通过WB检测发现，相比于对照组，干扰组的PD-L1蛋白水平被显著敲低60%以上。
