8月31日，诺瓦聚变能源科技（上海）有限公司宣布，完成总额12亿元Pre-A系列融资（含Pre-A、Pre-A+轮）。至此，诺瓦聚变创立16个月内已先后完成5亿元天使轮、7亿元天使+轮、12亿元Pre-A系列三轮融资，累计融资规模达24亿元，投后估值超百亿。本次Pre-A系列融资中，美团龙珠、高瓴创投持续加码布局，联想创投、国中资本作为全新战略投资方入局。
