9月3日，安道麦A（000553/200553）发布公告，董事长覃衡德因先正达集团工作安排辞去公司董事、董事长及董事会审计委员会委员职务。辞职后，覃衡德将继续履行董事及审计委员会职责，直至公司股东会选举新董事之前。
2026年中期，安道麦A实现收入144.77亿元，归母净利润4.33亿元。
