大运河传媒讯（董明 徐蓉）如何避免德育“说教化”难题？9月6日下午，扬州市伦理学会会长邓峰走进江海学院，巧妙地将伦理学知识融入扬州运河非遗文化，以一场《走进“好地方”感受非遗之美》的讲座，为现代公共服务与管理学院的百余名新生，带来一场兼具文化厚度与育人深度的“开学第一课”。Grand Canal Media News (Dong Ming, Xu Rong) How to avoid the problem of “prescriptive” teaching in moral education? On the afternoon of September 6th, Deng Feng, President of Yangzhou Ethics Society, visited Jianghai College. He skillfully integrated ethical knowledge with the intangible cultural heritage associated with the Yangzhou Canal. Through a lecture titled “Exploring ‘A Great Place’ and Appreciating the Beauty of Intangible Cultural Heritage”, he provided more than a hundred fresh students from the Modern Public Service and Management College with a lesson that combines cultural depth with educational significance.

邓峰的课堂上没有空泛的大道理，而是用一件件看得见的非遗作品，讲述高职学子求学从业应当具备的品质。她以一个导览者的身份，从工艺美、园艺美、厨艺美、演艺美、手艺美五个维度，带领大家沉浸式领略“世界运河之都”“世界美食之都”“东亚文化之都”扬州的非遗之美，从各行各业非遗传承人的故事中，解读值得高职学子终身学习的工匠精神。In Deng Feng’s classes, there are no vague general principles. Instead, she uses various tangible intangible heritage works to illustrate the qualities that higher vocational students should possess in their studies and careers. As a guide, she examines the beauty of craftsmanship, horticulture, cooking, performing arts, and other aspects from five different perspectives. Through the stories of those who inherit these intangible heritage traditions in various fields, she helps students understand the spirit of craftsmanship that is worth learning throughout their lives.

无论是“天下玉，扬州工”的精巧玉雕、耗时数年打磨的扬州漆器，还是细腻雅致的扬州剪纸、扬州刺绣，传世珍品的背后是精益求精、追求极致的工匠精神，也启示学生们专业学习没有捷径，唯有日复一日精进打磨。新生闫梦婷听完讲课后感触很深。“我觉得这些作品的呈现，既需要匠人巧夺天工的技艺，更离不开超乎常人的耐心。正是这份一丝不苟的匠人精神，才能创作出完美的作品。”Whether it’s the exquisite jade carving techniques, the lacquerware made over several years, or the delicate and elegant paper-cutting and embroidery techniques of Yangzhou, behind these treasures lies the spirit of continuous improvement and the pursuit of perfection. This teaches students that there is no shortcut in professional learning; one must continuously improve day after day. Yan Mengting, a new student, was deeply moved by the lecture. “I think that these works require not only the skillful craftsmanship of artisans but also extraordinary patience. It is precisely this meticulous spirit that allows for the creation of perfect works.”

从园林造景的巧思与创新之中，邓峰带领同学们体悟藏在造园技艺背后为人处世、做事成事的人生智慧。个园作为中国四大名园之一，四季造景的绝妙设计，启示大家用心规划、精准把控，方能成就精品；何园中西合璧的造园理念，阐释敢于创新，才能适应时代发展的道理；瘦西湖每一处景观的雅致布局，藏着温润、从容、精致、有度的气质，也指引学生学习做人从容、沉淀心性的处世伦理。Through the innovative ideas and techniques used in garden design, Deng Feng helps students appreciate the life wisdom hidden behind these artistic techniques. As one of China’s four famous gardens, Jia Yuan’s beautiful designs throughout the four seasons teach people to plan carefully and control everything accurately in order to create masterpieces. He Yuan’s blend of Eastern and Western gardening concepts shows that innovation is necessary to adapt to the changing times. The elegant layout of each feature in Shouxi Lake reveals a calm, refined, and balanced character, and it also guides students to learn how to live with calmness and to develop a thoughtful attitude toward life.

她还围绕公共服务与管理学院的专业特色，为大家诠释淮扬菜对平凡食材的精雕细琢，藏着怎样的职业底色。一道文思豆腐、一盘扬州炒饭，皆是千锤百炼的功底沉淀，有着对技艺的极致追求。学生齐景泽告诉大运河传媒记者，通过老师的讲解，他对扬州的非遗和博大精深的历史文化有了新的了解，也认识到文化背后蕴藏的青年担当。She also explained, in relation to the unique characteristics of the Public Service and Management College’s programs, how Huaiyang cuisine carefully prepares simple ingredients, and what kind of professional values are involved in this process. A dish like Wen Si Tofu or a plate of Yangzhou fried rice represents the result of years of skillful preparation and an intense pursuit of excellence in craftsmanship. Student Qi Jingze told reporters from the Grand Canal Media that through the teacher’s explanations, he gained a new understanding of the intangible cultural heritage and the rich history and culture of Yangzhou, as well as the responsibilities that young people should bear in terms of preserving these traditions.

来自运河城市徐州的新生孙梓恒认为，大运河不仅孕育了扬州的美丽风景，也滋养出丰富多彩的非遗技艺。守正创新的演艺之美、一生坚守的手艺之美，让同学们看见非遗传承的多元力量。扬剧、扬州评话、杖头木偶戏等非遗传承人代代传承、创新出圈，以扎实功底演绎千年文脉。扬州三把刀、谢馥春脂粉制作技艺、通草花手工技艺等非遗项目的手艺人，扎根平凡岗位，让他们感悟到，工匠精神也是用平凡创造不凡。Sun Ziheng, a student from Xuzhou, a city located along the Grand Canal, believes that the Grand Canal has not only given birth to the beautiful scenery of Yangzhou but also nurtured a variety of intangible cultural traditions. The beauty of performing arts that adheres to tradition while being innovative, as well as the value of skilled craftsmanship that is maintained over a lifetime, allow students to see the diverse forces behind the preservation of these traditions. Intangible cultural heritage such as Yangzhou opera, Yangzhou storytelling, and wooden puppet shows are passed down from generation to generation by artisans, who continue to innovate and bring them to new levels. These artisans, who work in ordinary positions, demonstrate that the spirit of craftsmanship also enables ordinary people to create something extraordinary.

“同学们未来步入服务、技术、管理等行业岗位，比拼的不仅是专业技能，更是专注、坚守、精益求精的工匠精神。而扬州每一项非遗技艺，都是最生动的工匠精神教科书。我们希望学生能够把这份精神运用到专业学习当中。”邓峰说。“When students enter positions in industries such as service, technology, and management in the future, what is measured is not only their professional skills, but also their dedication, perseverance, and spirit of continuous improvement. Each intangible cultural heritage technique in Yangzhou represents a vivid example of this spirit of craftsmanship. We hope that students will apply this spirit to their academic studies,” said Deng Feng.

此次活动是扬州市伦理学会的“社科讲座进基层”的项目之一，通过将人文智慧、匠心精神融入新生的“开学第一课”，引导学生体悟职业实践与非遗技艺共通的“择一事、精一技、终一生”的精神内涵，让传统文化滋养青年成长，推动学校德育实现理论与实践相结合。This event is part of the “Social Science Lectures at the Grassroots Level” project carried out by the Yangzhou Ethics Society. By integrating humanistic wisdom and the spirit of craftsmanship into the first class for new students, it aims to help them understand the shared essence of professional practice and intangible cultural heritage techniques – the idea of choosing a field, mastering a skill, and dedicating one’s life to it. This approach allows traditional culture to contribute to the growth of young people, while also promoting the integration of theory and practice in school moral education.
