9月10日，日本经济产业省责令日本中部电力公司就其零售供电合同中发现的定价错误提交报告。
该公司同日发布消息称，因电费计算失误，在两年多时间里，向约500万户签约用户超额收取费用，每户每月最高多收152日元。
