9月10日，有粉笔用户反映，美术教资网课存在内容错误，授课老师讲题时知识点讲解有误将“美术学科核心素养”的问题回答成“艺术学科素养”，还将 “学生兴趣” 错写为 “学生性趣”。
9月11日，粉笔客服表示，平台高度重视该问题，立刻安排督课核实，目前课程已重新录制并完成替换更新。
