近日，香港中文大学（深圳）校长、中国工程院院士徐扬生在接受记者采访时表示，该校对教授实行 9 个月薪酬发放模式，另外 3 个月学校倡导鼓励教授走出校园，走进华为、腾讯等企业开展科研工作、服务社会。徐扬生还表示，学校重视年轻人才的引进与培养，希望未来 5 到 10 年内，校内年轻教授能够冲击诺贝尔奖、图灵奖、菲尔兹奖。
