2026年9月15日19时00分，G217线K587-K671(巴音沟至哈希勒根隧道出口)路段，因施工单位对K648+200处山体实施应急抢险加固锚索作业，无人机及吊车需占用路面施工，对该路段实行双向交通管制，预计恢复通车时间为2026年9月17日08时。
