观点网讯：据知情人士透露，美国量化交易公司Susquehanna International Group近期租用长江集团中心二期写字楼。和记地产集团有限公司助理董事(市场)邱俊豪就传媒查询确认，Susquehanna International Group已签约租用长江集团中心二期。
邱俊豪表示，Susquehanna International Group于长江集团中心二期租用三层写字楼楼面，面积合共近5.2万平方呎。
邱俊豪称，长江集团中心二期近期租务活跃，获多家金融机构及跨国企业承租。
