北京时间9月17日，CBA官方公布2026-27赛季常规赛赛程，共46轮比赛，揭幕战将于北京时间10月16日打响，常规赛最后一个比赛日则是4月7日。
10月16日的揭幕战当天设置一场比赛，卫冕冠军上海久事主场对阵深圳新世纪。1月1日的元旦大战则安排了上海久事vs北京首钢、山东山高vs浙江广厦这样的焦点对决。
