乌克兰首都基辅（资料图）
当地时间18日，乌克兰首都基辅市市长克利奇科发布通报称，该市正遭遇弹道导弹袭击。目前基辅防空力量已全面启动，开展防空拦截相关行动。
据悉，基辅此前已拉响防空警报。克利奇科同时呼吁当地居民严格遵守安全规定，即刻留在避难所内避险，切勿外出，保障自身安全。
俄罗斯方面对此暂无回应。
