据央视新闻消息，当地时间9月18日，美国白宫发布声明表示，美国总统特朗普当日签署了《2026年林赛·格雷厄姆制裁俄罗斯和伊朗法案》。该法案授权并扩大了针对俄罗斯的法定制裁、关税及禁令，并延长了现行针对伊朗的制裁措施。（总台记者 张颖哲）
