日、韩MLCC厂紧缩消费转攻AI应用，中国大陆厂商开启一线品牌验证

根据TrendForce集邦咨询研究指出，AI排挤效应持续发酵，MLCC产业正迈入结构性重组，日、韩大厂明显转向“减供消费、增加AI应用供货”策略，而近年来不断加速拓展国际供应链的中国大陆厂商，也受益于日、韩大厂策略转向，顺利进入戴尔、惠普、华硕、宏碁等厂商MLCC的验证程序。

村田制作所于9月10日对全球客户发出年度停产通知，锁定毛利率普遍低于5%的消费型通用GRM与部分车规标准料，全面转向AI服务器、数据中心与车用电子所需的高端小型化、高容值产品；停产日程定在2028年截止下单、2029年最后出货，三年缓冲期避免重演2018年的供应断层现象，但已确立日、韩厂紧缩消费与低端车规常规料的长期方向。

TrendForce集邦咨询指出，AI排挤效应下的缺料与成本压力，为中国大陆供应链打开契机。据了解，戴尔、惠普、华硕、宏碁等品牌厂已完成相关存储器供应的验证，并经由华勤、联宝、立讯等ODM厂商引荐，着手验证微容科技、潮州三环等MLCC产品，广达与和硕等厂商也已造访潮州三环并展开验证。

TrendForce集邦咨询认为，日、韩MLCC厂产能全面向AI高端规格倾斜，消费规中高容供给转紧、订单外溢，中国大陆厂商虽受限高端良率与产能，短期内日、韩厂商在AI服务器规格方面仍将保持领先优势，但在通用服务器、消费与低端车规市场，国际OEM、ODM扩大导入中国大陆厂商替代资源已成长期趋势。
