一、番茄金针菇牛肉汤

准备食材:番茄、金针菇、牛肉、姜丝、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉清洗干净切薄片，然后加入姜丝、淀粉、食盐和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2、番茄去皮切丁，然后把金针菇清洗干净，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜葱爆香，接着倒入番茄丁一起翻炒均匀。

3、炒出番茄汁后，再加入金针菇炒软，接着加入适量的清水大火煮开，然后转中小火炖煮三分钟左右。

4、最后加入腌制好的牛肉滑熟，接着加入少许的食盐调味，撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

二、菠菜魔芋结猪肝汤

准备食材:菠菜、魔芋结、猪肝、姜丝、枸杞子。

做法步骤:

1、猪肝切薄片清洗干净，接着加入姜丝、淀粉、食盐、料酒一起抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净菠菜，然后准备好魔芋结，再起锅烧水，水烧开之后，加入猪肝煮两分钟。

3、接着倒入菠菜烫软，再加入魔芋结一起煮两分钟煮熟。

4、最后加入适量的食盐调味，再撒入一把枸杞子点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

三、百合西芹炒虾仁

准备食材:鲜百合、西芹、大虾、葱姜蒜末、黑胡椒粉。

做法步骤:

1、大虾去除虾线和虾壳清洗干净，接着加入料酒、食盐和黑胡椒粉抓拌均匀，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净鲜百合，然后起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入百合焯熟，再捞出沥干水分备用。

3、清洗干净西芹切好，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入虾仁煸炒，煸炒至变色后，盛出备用。

4、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入葱姜蒜爆香，接着倒入西芹大火翻炒，然后加入食盐调味，再继续翻炒至西芹断生。

5、最后加入虾仁和百合一起翻炒均匀，再淋入生抽提鲜，接着继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

四、三色炒鸡丁

准备食材:鸡腿肉、毛豆、胡萝卜丁、玉米粒、蒜末、黑胡椒碎。

做法步骤:

1、鸡腿去骨切丁，然后加入黑胡椒碎、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2、准备好毛豆、胡萝卜丁和玉米粒，再起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入以上三种蔬菜丁焯熟，接着捞出沥干水分备用。

3、准备好蒜末，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入鸡腿肉煸炒，煸炒至两面金黄后，再加入蒜末炒香。

4、然后加入毛豆、胡萝卜丁和玉米粒一起翻炒均匀，接着加入少许的白糖和黑胡椒碎调味提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

五、黄瓜拌虾滑

准备食材:虾滑、黄瓜、蒜末、小米辣、香菜。

做法步骤:

1、准备好虾滑，然后起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入虾滑焯熟，再捞出沥干水分，放入大碗中备用。

2、用食盐和淀粉搓洗干净黄瓜，然后横刀拍扁，接着切成小段，也放入放入大碗中。

3、接着把蒜末、小米辣和香菜碎放入大碗中，然后加入适量的食盐、生抽、香醋和白糖一起搅拌均匀。

4、最后稍微腌制二十分钟后，即可开吃。

六、清炒南瓜苗

准备食材:南瓜苗、瘦肉、蒜末、小米辣。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切碎，然后把南瓜苗摘小段切好，再准备好蒜末和小米辣。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末和小米辣爆香，接着倒入肉碎煸炒，炒至变色后，再加入料酒和生抽提鲜。

3、然后倒入南瓜苗一起翻炒一分钟左右，接着加入适量的食盐调味，再继续翻炒均匀。

4、炒至南瓜苗断生入味以后，即可出锅开吃。

七、丝瓜炒肉碎

准备食材:丝瓜、瘦肉、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切碎，然后加入料酒、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2、丝瓜去皮清洗干净，然后切成小块备用，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的肉碎煸炒。

3、煸炒至变色后，再加入蒜末炒香，接着倒入丝瓜一起翻炒均匀，然后加入少许的食盐和清水调味提鲜。

4、最后再继续翻炒至丝瓜断生，即可出锅开吃。

八、娃娃菜炒火腿

准备食材:娃娃菜、火腿、葱蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、火腿清洗干净切薄片，接着把娃娃菜清洗干净，再切成小段备用。

2、准备好葱蒜末，接着倒入火腿一起煸炒，炒出香味以后，再加入娃娃菜一起大火翻炒。

3、然后加入适量的食盐和生抽调味提鲜，再继续大火翻炒均匀入味。

4、炒至娃娃菜断生以后，即可出锅开吃。
